Workouts
For the duration of the 75min, teams will stop every 6min on the minute and do a 1min AMRAP of TEAM SYNCHRO BURPEES. Burpees will be done at the 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66 min marks (11 total min of burpees - YES! you will have 8 straight minutes at the end of the 75 total minutes to work unencumbered by having to do any more burpees).
Movement Standard - There will be a tape line on the floor in the lane. Athletes will drop to the ground. BOTH hands must be on the tape line at the bottom of the burpee. All teammates' hands do NOT have to be on the tape at the same time. Athletes will come to their feet and finish the rep with ALL athletes feet (both left and right of all three of them) on the tape line at the same time. There is no jump required, but if you want to hop to the tape line that is fine. There is no “fully standing upright” standard on this team burpee rep. Just get all six feet on the line at the same time.
