JJK GAMES Saturday 17th September 2022 @ JJK HQ

This will be our first ever same gender teams of 3 competition & we will have two divisions;


EVERYDAY LEAGUE 

16x female teams of 3

8x male teams of 3

Movement standards / what to expect:


Dumbbell(s) – 17.5/10kg

Kettlebell(s) – 20/12kg


Expect weights to be heavier for certain workouts e.g. finals & strength blocks


PRO LEAGUE 

8x female teams of 3

16x male teams of 3

Movement standards / what to expect:


Dumbbell(s)- 22.5/15kg

Kettlebell(s) – 24/16kg

Wall Balls – 9/6kg (10/9ft)


Expect weights to be heavier for certain workouts e.g. finals & strength blocks


COMPETITION SCHEDULE

Athlete registration: 08:00

Athlete briefing 08:30

Warm up: 08:45

Workout 1: 09:00

Workout 2: TBC

Workout 3: TBC

Final: 16:00

Podiums 17:00


There will be three workouts in each division, the top 3 teams from each division will qualify for the final, the final is winner takes all!
