- Person 1 startar sittande på romaskinen men får ej lov att hålla i handtaget före startsignalen går
- Man måste hålla i handtaget/sitta på sadeln fram till dess att antal kalorier har nått.
- Efter sista 15 cal ski ska alla utövare förbi linjen framför
- Byten på Ro/Ski kan ske med att man lämnar över handtaget eller att man sätter handtaget på plats
- Lagkamrater har lov att assistera vid Roing med att spänna fast/lossna fötter. Lagkamrater kan också ändra damper
- Maskinerna är inställda på 15 cal intervaller
