249 Throwdown
About This Competition
The 249 Throwdown is a fun mixed pairs event for the everyday athlete.
Standards include but are not limited to:
22.5/15kg dumbbell
24/20" box
100/70kg deadlift
60/40kg GTOH
ONE of the pair must be able to perform pull ups
ONE of the pair must be able to perform toes to bar (this may or may not be the same athlete)
Workouts will be released in the week prior to the event and exact timings and schedule for the day will be emailed closer to the time.
