The Crew Games - Internal Comp
About This Competition
The Crew Games is our first In-House comp!
We want to bring the competition to our members but in a fun non confronting way!
We have two divisions catering to all our fitness levels.
All movements are things we already do in the gym and there will be no olympic or gymnastic movements.
Get your team of 3 together (2 members and one non-member) and get pumped for a morning of fun and sweaty events!
Please note there are NO refunds but we will accept swapping a team member due to injury or illness.
