" Qualifiers A -Skill Block"

For Time

Barbell 3RM


Time Cap: 7:00

Rest: 3 MIN 

Once time starts, Athlete 1 takes over the bar for his/her 3RM Clean; then Athlete 2 takes over the bar for his/her 3RM. The time constraint for both Athletes to finish their whole lift is 7 minutes.

 

"WORKOUT 2"

Team of 2 – You go, I go style


While Athlete 1 is on the rower for max distance:
Athlete 2 completes:
6 Devil Presses (2 x 15/10 kg DBs)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20")

Once Athlete 2 finishes the round, partners switch:
Athlete 2 moves to the rower
Athlete 1 begins 6 Devil Presses + 10 Box Jump Overs

Time Cap: 20:00


Score:  Number of reps
Tie Breaker: Total meters rowed as a team.
Dumbbell ( Men ): 2x15KG
Dumbbell ( Women ): 2x10KG

Once time starts, Athlete 1 takes over the rower for maximum distance while Athlete 2 does 6 devil presses with 15/10KG dumbbells and 10 box jumpovers. Once athlete 2 is done with the devil presses and box jump overs, he/she moves to the rower and athlete one goes for the devil presses and the box jump overs

Time Cap: 05:00

Once time starts, Athlete 1 takes over the bar for his/her 1RM Cluster; then Athlete 2 takes over the bar for his/her 1RM. Time constraint for both Athletes to finish their whole lift is 5 minutes.

"Final B "

For Time ( 05:00 - 25:00)

 40 Calories on Assault Bike
50 Sync Front Squat with 2x20KG dumbbell
40 Calories on Assault Bike
50 Sync Burpees
40 Calories on Assault Bike
50 Sync Shoulder to OverHead


Time Cap: 20:00

At 05:00, athletes begin the following:
- 40 Calories Assault bike for male teams, 30 Calories Assault bike for female teams. (Athletes can alternate during cardio as they wish till they finish the distance)
- 50 Sync Front Squat, 2x20 KG dumbbells for male teams, 2x15KG dumbbells for female teams.
- 40 Calories Assault bike for male teams, 30 Calories Assault bike for female teams
- 50 Sync Burpees
-40 Calories Assault bike for male teams, 30 Calories Assault bike for female teams
- 50 Sync Shoulder to over head with 20/15KGs for M/F teams.
