The Coast Games 2023
About This Competition
Welcome to The Coast Games 2023!
The Coast Games is a competitive fitness event held on the Central Coast of NSW bringing people together to experience competitive fitness that is fun, safe and accessible.
A few things to think about:
- It's teams of three of the same gender
- You will compete in 4 events in approx 2h 45m
- Female competiton will run from 8am to 10:45am
- Male competition will run from 11am to approx 1:45pm
- Event workouts will be announced leading up to the event and we will be releasing movements and equipment lists prior
- Everyone does the same workouts, there are no scaled or advanced options though the movements are what you would do in most functional fitness environments
- Competitors will be required to wear The Coast Games competitor apparel on the competiton floor. The event organisers have the right to refuse participation for any competitors not wearing The Coast Games competitor apparel.
- If your team registers and then can't make it, we won't be able to offer a refund, but you will be able to transfer to one of the teams on the waitlist or the registration will transfer to the next event
- There will some filming and photos taken on the day, by signing up you agree that we are allowed to use your image for marketing purposes... But we will ony use good ones we swear :)
- Event organises will be hosting a live Q and A in the weeks leading up to the event, in the mean time ask any q's via DM on Instagram thecoastgames
Look forward to seeing you there!
