Back to School Bash
About This Competition
Join us for the 1st annual Back To School Bash at CrossFit Notch 8!
The competition is for 2 person M/M or F/F teams in either RX, Scaled, or Masters 40+ divisions. Mixed gender teams will be allowed, but will compete with the M/M teams and only weights will be adjusted (calories/meters will be the same). There will be 3 scored workouts, a floater, and a fun floater done for a separate prize.
We promise it will be the most fun you've had working out all year!
Deadline for athlete shirts is 7/21/25.
Awesome prize packages will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each division, and each athlete participating will recieve a swag bag.
Division Standards
While it is beneficial for both teammates to meet the following movement standards, it is not required. Not all movements listed will be used, but they should serve as a guideline as to which division you should compete in. You will want to be sure that at least one member of your team can do each movement (i.e. only one person needs to be able to do bar muscle ups).
Rx:
This division is for athletes that regularly Rx WODs in class.
Lifts:
Male: Clean & Jerk - 185#, Snatch - 155#, Thruster - 115#, Deadlift - 225#
Female: Lifts: Clean & Jerk - 125#, Snatch - 105#, Thruster - 75#, Deadlift - 155#
Skills:
T2B, Pull Ups, HSPU, Double Unders, Pistols, BMU, Handstand Walks (5' increments)

Male: Clean & Jerk - 135#, Snatch - 115#, Thruster - 75#, Deadlift - 155#
Female: Clean & Jerk - 95#, Snatch - 75#, Thruster - 55#, Deadlift - 105#

Ab-Mat Sit Ups, Ring Rows, Hand Release Push Ups, Single Unders, Air Squats, Pull Ups
Masters:

Both athletes will be using the same 8:00 clock. One athlete will do the deadlift while the other athlete is doing bench press.
