About This Competition
Workouts will be released every Friday at 0900 and competitors will have until 2200 the next Tuesday to submit scores.
Standards will be released with the workout.
There will be winners for each week and points will go towards an overall score at the end of the 5 weeks to the top company. It will be the top 3 scores from each company that will count towrdas the overall company scores they will be put in the order they come in.
You can have as many goes at each workout as you like as long as your score is in by 2200 the next week.

Min 3: Jump Lunges
Min 4 : Sit ups
Min 5: Burpees
Min 6 : Rest
Jumping lunges - knee must touch the floor and leg come parallel to the floor. All other standards can be found through previous workouts.
For Time - Cap 16 minutes
150 Jump Squats
Every minute prefrom 3 Burpees
Workout finished when you have completed all 150 jump squats within the time cap of 16 minutes.
Score = time it took
If not completed within the time cap your score will be the number of jump squats you got to.
THE FINAL!
For Time:
250 Burpees
20 sec on - 20 sec off
To complete this wokout you must do 7 burpees on each interval.
