About This Competition
Join us for the 3rd annual Spring Meltdown CrossFit Competition, where fitness enthusiasts from across the state and beyond come together for a day of socializing, fitness, and friendly competition. This year's event will feature mixed double teams and a masters division, providing an opportunity for participants of all levels to showcase their skills and camaraderie. Every 2:00 for 4 rounds (Split Reps Wall Balls, T2B as needed, Synchro Deadlift and Burpees) Score is total number of Burpees.
