About This Competition

2-person teams (M/M and F/F) with both Rx and scaled divisions. This is a different take on CrossFit competition, where each team will complete five 6-minute workouts consecutively, with 6 minutes rest in between each workout. Teams will have scheduled start times and flow through the 6 workouts in less than an hour. Workout details will be released ahead of time! Scoring: The winner of each division is the team with the most total reps accumulated in all five workouts. For any potential ties, the first tiebreaker is the highest individual score on only workout #5, and the second tiebreaker is the highest total score after workout #3. Rx Requirements (M/F): 50#/35# DB snatch, up to 150#/100# deadball over shoulder, 24"/20" box jump overs, HSPU, 20#/14# wall balls to 10'/9' target, TTB, 115#/85# snatch Scaled Requirements (M/F): 35#/25# DB snatch, up to 100#/80# deadball over shoulder, 24"/20" box step-overs, hand-release pushups, 14#/10# wall balls to 10'/9' target, hanging knee raises, 95#/65# snatch
