About This Competition

Calling all athletes! The Relentless Spring Fling is back on May 18th, 2024!


Join us for a co-ed partner competition featuring RX and Scaled divisions, where you and your teammate will battle it out through four challenging workouts. All workout details and standards are now available online.


The top five RX teams will face off in a final showdown for ultimate bragging rights, and cash* prizes await the podium finishers in both divisions! Don't miss out, workouts are posted and registration is open now but space is limited to only 100 teams. Sign up today and join us for a day of fun and fierce competition!

Workouts

One mile run for time

Partners will run one mile together while holding onto a rope.

Mile is completed once both partners cross the start/finish line



12 minutes to establish a One Rep Clean

Athletes will get a 12 minute window to build to a one rep clean. 

Score will be the total of the heaviest lift from each partner.

Males will use a 45# bar and Females will use a 35# bar.

Only one partner may lift at a time.

RX Division

  • AMRAP 10

    • 30 Wallballs @ 20/14 to 10/9

    • 10 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20

    • 30 Pull Ups

    • 10 Box Jump Overs

    • 30 Thrusters @ 95/65

    • 10 Box Jump Overs

    • 30 Toes to Bar

    • 10 Box Jump Overs


Scaled Division
  • AMRAP 10

    • 60 Medball Squats @ 20/14 

    • 10 Box Step Overs @ 24/20

    • 60 Jumping Pull Ups

    • 10 Box Step Overs

    • 60 Empty Bar Thrusters @ 45/35

    • 10 Box Step Overs

    • 60 Hanging Knee Raises

    • 10 Box Step Overs

RX Division

  • 3 Rounds for Time (Cap 10)

    • 20 Calorie Assault Bike

    • 20 Power Snatch 95/65


Scaled Division

  • 3 Rounds for Time (Cap 10)

    • 20 Calorie Assault Bike

    • 40 Plate Ground to Overhead @ 35/25 


*Score is time it takes to complete all three rounds

*Any reps not completed will be added to the 10 minute time cap. Example: 24 reps remaining is a score of 10:24

*Only one partner can work at a time

*Partners may switch at any time

Will be posted on the day of the event.

Top 5 teams in the RX division will qualify

No additional equipment is needed from athletes.
