About This Competition

Intercity İstanbul Park'ın ev sahipliğinde "V City Fitness Championship 2023" ile heyecan yeniden başlıyor!

V CITY FITNESS CHAMPIONSHIP, online eleme ve final olarak iki etaptan oluşur. 

Finale kalmayı başaracak her seviyeden 205 atletin katılımıyla yarışma 2 gün sürecek. Türkiye'nin en iyi atletlerin bireysel performans sergileyeceği bu kıyasıya mücadelede sizleri de heyecanın bir parçası olmaya davet ediyoruz.

Önemli Bilgilendirme: VCFC 2022, Battle of Bosphorus 2022, ilk 5 sıralama içerisine girmiş atletlerin, Alsancak Team Series 2022, Battle of Anatolia 2022 finallerinde ilk 3 sıralama içerisine girmiş atletlerin VCFC 2023 Beginner kategori kayıtları kabul edilmeyecektir. Bu kriterde beginner kategorisine kayıt yaptırmış atletler otomatik olarak Scaled kategorisine aktarılacaktır.

V City Fitness Championship 2023 is a 2 day event, hosted by Intercity Istanbul Park.

The competition will be held with the participation of a total of 205 athletes in 4 different divisions. We invite you to be a part of our excitement.

important note for beginner divison: Top 5 athletes of VCFC2022, Battle of Bosphorus 2022, and top 3 athletes of Battle of Anatolia 2022, Alsancak Team Series 2022 will not be accepted to the Beginner Division of VCFC 2023. These athletes will be automatically transferred to Scaled Category.

*Atlet her hareket sonunda  antrenmanın başına dönerek 7 round’ı kumulatif bir şekilde en kısa sürede tamamlar.

*Atlet, ilk round 30 Single Under atladıktan sonra durup 2. round’daki 30 Single Under için sıfırdan başlamalıdır.
Durmadan yapılan 60 Single Under skorları minör ceza alır.

*Athlete completes each movement and adds the next movement each round cumulatively.

*Athlete MUST stop after 30 Single Under of 1st round, then start over 30 Single Under for 2nd round. The scores that doesn’t stop after 1st round will have minor penalty.

yaparak, her dakika Hang Power Snatch hareketini 2 tekrar arttırıp 8 Box Jump Over hareketini o dakika içinde tamamlamaya çalışır. Geldiği rounddaki tekrar sayısını, dakika içinde gerekli olan tekrar sayısını tamamlayamadığı taktirde 23.2A antrenmanı sona erer ve hemen sonrasındaki dakika 23.2B başlar.

In the second minute,

3rd minute

Athlete keeps adding 2 Hang Power Snatch for every minute until they can not complete total reps of Hang Power Snatch + 8 Box Jump Over in the same minute. When athlete fails to complete the total reps of that minute, 23.2B begins the minute right after.

FOR LOAD:

4 Minutes to establish 1 RM Snatch

 

*Atlet, 23.2A'da fail olduğu dakikadan sonraki 4 dakika içerisinde 1 tekrar Max KG Snatch bulur.

*Athlete has 4 minutes to establish 1 Rep Max KG Snatch, right after their failed minute at 23.2A.
