15 Front Squats (Male Partner)
15 Deadlifts (Female Partner)
5 Minute Time Cap
Broken up anyhow
RX: 245lb
Intermediate: 205lb
Masters 45+: 185lb
Scaled: 155lb
Flow: It’s up to the athletes to decide if they want the Barbell either on the Squat Rack or on the floor before starting. The workout begins with both partners behind the tape line. At 3…2…1…Go, Partner 1 will complete their portion of their prescribed movement. They may complete all of the reps, or only some of the reps. As long as the Male Partner works toward 15 Front Squats, and the Female Partner works toward 15 deadlifts, they may switch off in any fashion. The resting partner must wait behind the tape line.
All 30 Reps must be completed before the 5 Minute Time Cap. If you are unable to complete the workout within the Time Cap, your score will be the total amount of reps completed.
*ATHLETES MUST ALWAYS TAG EACH OTHER WHEN ALTERNATING POSITIONS*
Movement Standards:
Front Squat: The Front Squat begins standing tall. The athlete the descends until their Hip Crease is CLEARLY BELOW their Knees, at which point the athlete will ascend, locking out their Knees and Hips. A Squat Rack will be provided for this workout but is not required. If taken from the floor as a Squat Clean, that will count as the first rep. Removing plates to plates to place the Barbell on the Squat Rack with ease is allowed. Both partners working together to lift the Barbell onto the Squat Rack (with one partner at each end) is NOT allowed.
Deadlift: The Deadlift begins with the Barbell on the floor. The athlete the picks up the Barbell in any fashion. The rep is credited when the Hips and knees are locked out and the Shoulders are clearly behind the Barbell.

For Time:
50ft Sled Push (Athlete 1)
50ft Sled Push (Athlete 2)
50ft Sled Push (Athlete 1)
3 Minute Time Cap
All Divisions (Except Kids) will complete this workout as prescribed
Flow: The workout begins with both Partners standing behind the Sled, and the Sled behind the Tape Line. At 3…2…1…Go, Partner 2 will seat themselves into the Sled, holding on to the Handle Bars with BOTH Hands. Once Partner 2 is in the Sled COMPLETELY with both of their hands gripping the Handle Bars, Partner 1 may begin pushing the Sled to the 50ft mark. The Rep is credited once the Sled is completely past the mark. Partner 2 will then get out of the Sled once it has come to a full stop. The Sled will then be turned around by Partner 1, with the front edge of the Sled completely behind the marker. Partner 1 will get seated onto the Sled and Partner 2 will push back to the Start Line. They will repeat in this fashion one final time with Partner 1 pushing, and Partner 2 seated in the Sled. Time is called once the Sled is completely past the 50ft mark.
If you are not able to complete all 150ft within 3 minutes, your score will be the completed Feet.
*ATHLETES MUST ALWAYS TAG EACH OTHER WHEN ALTERNATING POSITIONS*
Movement Standards
Sled Push: The Athlete may push the Sled in any fashion. The Athlete may NOT place their head under the Handle Bars when pushing the Sled. The Rep begins with the Sled completely behind the marker, and is credited when it is completely in front of the marker.
If the Sled is pushed without the resting Partner holding onto the Handle Bars, it will result in a 30s Penalty.
If the Sled is turned around in ANY capacity with a Partner still inside, it will result in a 30s Penalty.
