CrossFit Cibolo's 2nd Annual In-House Competition
About This Competition
Hey ShopLifters! This is our 2nd Annual In-house competition. This event is for gym members only. We will be having 3 workouts for individuals. The divisions are RX and Scaled for Males and Females. We will share the workouts before the competition.
There are no refunds. If you are not able to make it to the competition, you are allowed to substitute out with another individual from the gym.
Make sure to bring plenty of snacks and water. We will have a competitor's space, so feel free to bring a canopy, chairs, and coolers. Don't forget your gym bag with your own jump rope, lifters, towel, etc.
We will be having a BBQ set up with hamburgers and hotdogs, so bring some cash if you'd like to purchase a plate with some chips. Fit Aids, Bangs, and Waters will also be available.
We ask that you park on the outer parking spaces so we aren't crowded up at the front of the gym.

"Max Effort"
12 Minute AMRAP:
Max Rep Power Snatch
Run
RX Men 95#/Women 75# and 1 mile run
Scaled Men 65#/Women and 800m run
Masters Men 95#/Women 75# and 800m run
Athlete must perform as many power snatches as they can before running. They may run at any time they choose, but must make it back before the 12 minute time limit is up. The athlete's score is how many successful reps they were able to perform before running. They will receive no score if they come in after the 12 minute time cap. Athletes are NOT allowed to perform more snatches after they return for the run.
