Join us Saturday July 27, 2019 at the Gloucester Premium Outlets for our Drop at the Shops 3.0 Partner Throwdown!

We will have 2 Divisions - Scaled and RXd

Teams of 2:

MM and FF Teams


Winners will take home the first ever Drop at the Shops "trophy" plus MASSIVE Swag Bags from our amazing list of sponsors to all podium winners.

Each team will be guaranteed 3 WODs.

Max Weight lifted Ground to Shoulder at any weight between 35-225#

*You and your partner will choose ONE weight to pass back and forth for 6 min, to accumulate the most weight possible

*Must share the same weight the entire 6 Min

*Can muscle, power, squat or...gasp...split clean

Sandbag Sprint Up and Back Parking Lot

RX: 75/50#

Scaled: 50/25#

*P1 performs 20cals and sprints with sandbag then tags P2

*P2 performs 20cals and sprints

In 6 Min:

*S2O can be completed as a strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk. Any way shoulder to overhead

*NO Walking Pistols. Must come to full stop, hips extended, before next rep

*All boxes will be 20" for everyone
*Each partner will hold ONE DB (you can hold the DB however you'd like)
*Teammates must start on the ground together, step on the box together, and step on the other side of the box together before moving to the next rep
*DB Snatches must start on the ground together, finish overhead together and touch the ground together before moving onto the next rep
*Partners must touch chest to deck together and hop over together, both sides, for rep to be complete
