ABLE Games 2021
About This Competition
The Fargo Able Games is the Midwest's first all inclusive test of functional fitness. This charity event celebrates the abilities of all it's competitors from the highly skilled athlete to the athlete with special needs. Competitors of all divisions will compete on the floor at the same time in a way to celebrate inclusiveness.

COMPETITION INFORMATION
- Divisions consist of RX'd, Scaled, Novice, Co-Ability Teams Sr./Jr., Family, and Junior
- All divisions consist of teams of 2 - with each division having a choice of same gender or mix gender partners.
- Cost is $200 per team of 2 - $100 per person. Co-Ability teams and Junior teams are $75 per person.
- 4 events for all divisions Friday/Saturday May 14th and 15th.
- Friday, May 14th at 11:30am : Celebrity Workout and Seminar with special celebrity guests ($30 per person. Not included in registration fees) SIGN UP HERE!!!
- First Event Start Friday, May 14th at 5pm.
- Party with the You Betcha guy, Myles Montplaisir, after the first event on Friday night.
- Saturday at 9 am starts Event 2 with the remainder of the events to follow.
- Visit the Able Games Facebook page for continuous updates and to join the community in search of teammates to create your 2 person team.
**Refunds will ONLY be available due to city or state wide COVID restrictions. No other exceptions.
To secure your Able Games T-shirt, you must register by April 19th. Registration for the event closes April 30th.

Synchronized plate thruster- Must just finish movement at the same time/can be a push press over head/sit to box stand and press/ Full extension of the arms does not matter if it is in front or overhead.
Burpee to Plate-Touch your toes reach up to sky/hand on box and step back to designated line then walk feet back in and stand up reach overhead or out in front
