About This Competition

Vertex Sun Challenge

The Vertex League Sun Challenge is a Members Only In-house competition featuring three CrossFit Games Open style workouts and a FINAL WORKOUT.

There are three Divisions per gender:

  • RX
  • Intermediate
  • Scaled

There are no specific "Masters", "Teen", or "Elite" Divisions.  However, there may be special Masters/Teens/Elite considerations made in each Division. Masters and Teens may see decreased weights or choices for higher skill gymnastics while Elite Athletes may see increased weights and/or more challenging skills.

Entry Fee:  $30.00

VSC 21.3 Duration: Workout must be completed on 11/13/2021 at the CrossFit Vertex gym. Heats will determined by Wednesday, 11/3/2021

VSC 21.Final Duration: Workout must be completed on 11/13/2021 at the CrossFit Vertex gym. Heats will determined on competition day

 

Judging/Scoring:  All workouts will be judged by a fellow VSC competitor or predefined CrossFit Vertex judge and all score submissions must appear on an official VSC 2021 Workout Score sheet.  Score sheets will be provided on the gym front desk.

Redos:  Yep, we're allowing redos this year for VSC21.1 and VSC21.2.  It'll cost you $5.00 cash (or $6.75 with a CC) and all redos will be judged by a CrossFit Vertex coach/owner during Saturday or Sunday Open Gyms.
