About This Competition
Sign up for the 4 th Installment of Barcode, Hosted by Grand Mesa CrossFit coming September 30th. This event is perfect for all levels of athletes, from those who are seasoned to newer athletes getting their first CrossFit Comp under their belt. 2 Member Teams, 1 male + 1 female in 3 scheduled tests of fitness plus 1 floater workout . The Workouts are challenging and fun for our athletes and fantastic for spectators to view! Find your partner and sign up!
Barcode Kids Comp will be on that Sunday, Oct 1st! We'll have 3 age brackets 5-8, 9-11, 12-15, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for each age bracket and prizes! Athlete Check-in is at 12:30pm.
Workouts:
Event 1: Max Lift, same for Rx and Scaled
8 minutes to both team members to get Max 1 Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat.

Station 1: 60 Cal on Assault bike (30 Male/30 Female)
Station 2: 60 DB Snatch (30 Male/30 Female) Rx: 50/35, Scaled: 35/20
Station 3: 60 Dball Over Shoulder (30 Male/30 Female), Rx: 100/80, Scaled: 60/40
Station 4: Partner Awkward Load Carry to the Finish
One partner working at a time at each station except last station.
