A partner competition with formats of SAME SEX PAIRS (male+male / female+female) and NEW this year by popular demand, MIXED PAIRS (female+male)
There are ELITE and EVERYDAY categories across all formats
This is a FUNCTIONAL FITNESS competition with 5 workouts: all of which will be fun filled, strategic and physically challenging, grab your partner and get ready to take on this year's Precision Pairs
Movements - No gymnastics or snatches - anything else goes!

Workouts
40 Cal ROW
Into 2 rounds for time of:
60 Box Jump Over 20"
40 Alternating DB Hang Snatch 15KG
20 Synchro Burpees
ELITE
• Both athletes start in their zone with one hand on the ski erg.
• On GO, athletes exit their zone and run 400m together.
• Once BOTH athletes have returned, the partners share a 750m ski.
• After completing the ski, Partner 1 will run 400m.
• Once the partner has returned, Partner 2 will run 400m.
• Once Partner 2 has returned to Partner 1 in their zone, the 2nd 750m ski can start.
• After completing the ski, both athletes will run 400m together.
• The clock will stop when both athletes return to their zone.
*Can only commence skiing when both athletes are in their allocated zone.
*Can only commence running once all ski distance has been completed.
*Time ends when both athletes have returned to their allocated zone
Bars start empty.
Partner 1 completes complex of:
1 clean, 1 hang clean
Partner 2 completes complex of:
1 clean, 3 front squats
The score will be the total combined weight of each athlete’s heaviest lift.
The time cap is 7 minutes, in which both athletes work at the same time, in no particular order.
Same sex pairs will have 1 bar between them.
Mixed pairs will have a female bar and a male bar.
Athletes must indicate to their judge when they are going for a lift that they want recorded.
Athletes can have as many attempts as they wish during the time cap.
At the conclusion of On The Floor, athletes will have 2 minutes rest before starting this workout - On The Floor Encore.
