About This Competition

Summer Social 2026

The Summer Social is a community fitness competition bringing together athletes from Northstate CrossFit, Cage Athletics, Adventure CrossFit, and Lift CrossFit for a fun day of fitness, friendly competition, and community.

Teams of 2 (1 male / 1 female) will complete four workouts throughout the day, with each participating gym hosting one event. Workouts will be challenging but accessible and are designed to test a broad range of fitness while keeping the atmosphere fun and welcoming.

If a movement or weight is outside your comfort zone, don't let that stop you from participating. The Summer Social is about bringing the local fitness community together, challenging yourself, and having a great time.

• Northstate CrossFit
• Cage Athletics
• Adventure CrossFit
• Lift CrossFit

Additional event details, workout standards, and schedule information will be released closer to the event.
