About This Competition

Welcome to North Rim's Bidwell Brawl In-House Competition! All of NRCF is welcome and encouraged to participate!!

WHEN: November 13th, 2021

TIME: 8AM Start Time

(7:00 AM Check-In)

DETAILS: Teams of 2

*same sex partners (MM/FF)

*Rx & Scaled Divisions

Athletes will compete in 4 Scored Events

After all teams have completed the first 4 events, we will then announce the Top 5 male & female pairs to throwdown in a Final Event.

$50 per Team (t-shirt included!!)

MOVEMENT STANDARDS:

RX:

Double Unders

Box Jumps 24"/20"

DB Movements 50#/35#

Deadlift at least 1.5x Body Weight

Pull-ups (unassisted)

 

Scaled:

Single Unders

DB Movements 35#/20#
Deadlift at least Body Weight

Jumping Pull-ups

 

IMPORTANT DATES:

Oct. 1st: REGISTRATION OPENS

Oct. 9th: WORKOUT 1 RELEASED

Oct. 16th: WORKOUT 2 RELEASED

Oct. 23rd: WORKOUT 3 RELEASED

Oct. 29th: REGISTRATION CLOSES (no exceptions)

Nov. 12th: HEAT TIMES POSTED

Please note that we will not be issuing any refunds once registered. However, if you can find a substitute team to take your place you are free to do so. If the occasion arises please email shea@northrimcrossfit.com with this information prior to Oct. 29th.

Details:

*Pick one partner to go first and they will work down the chipper for 2 min. At 2 min the next partner picks up where they left off. They will continue in this fashion every 2 minutes until the 8 min timecap.


*If they finish the chipper before the time cap, their score will be the time they finish.


*If they cannot finish within the 8 min time cap, their score will be 8 min + 1 sec for each rep not completed.

Details:

Split wall walks as you wish, but one partner must be holding a barbell in the front rack position for the wall walks to count.


Immediately upon completing part A, partners will switch to completing 30 deadlifts while their partner holds a handstand against the wall.

Time Cap at 15 Min.

"Partner Acid Bath"

Details:

Partner 1 starts on the ski erg and completes the workout for time in the written order. As soon as partner 1 finished the Ski Erg, partner 2 may begin their ski. However partner 2 cannot pass partner 1 or change places at any point. 

 

Scoring is total time.
