Join us for our 6th annual Battle of the Boxes team competition hosted by Ocelot Strength and Conditioning!
Scaled, Intermediate, and RX division will be 2-person teams. Please see divisions for standards.

7:00 AMRAP - alternating movements

Intermediate: 50/35# DB, Chin Over Bar Pull Ups
Scaled: 35/20# DB, Jumping Pull Ups (chin over bar), Single Unders
Squat Clean Ladder:
Each athlete has 1:00 to squat clean the given weight as they work through the ladder.
If you complete the lift, you may use the remaining time to rest and move to the next bar.
If you FAIL the lift, you may use the remaining time to try again OR do max rep deadlifts for the tiebreaker.
There will be a 15 second transition to the next bar.
If you make it to the last bar and complete the lift, you may use the remaining time to do max rep deadlifts for the tiebreaker.
This event will be completed as a "follow the leader" format, the first athlete goes and the next athlete (partner or from another team) goes to the previous bar to keep the event moving.
**think back to like 2021/2022 when we did the max out where everyone went through the weights
PLEASE NOTE: The deadlift reps WILL NOT count in your squat clean ladder score. Those reps are purely on hand for the tiebreak.

RX (W): 135 - 155 - 170 - 185 - 195 - 205 - 215
Intermediate (M): 135 - 155 - 175 - 195 - 215 - 235 - 245
Intermediate (W): 95 - 115 - 125 - 135 - 145 - 155 - 165
Scaled (M): 115 - 135 - 155 - 175 - 190 - 205 - 215

Echo Bike Cals:
On the count of "3,2,1… Go!" Athlete A will start on the bike and Athlete B will be waiting until Athlete A completes “XX” amount of calories. Athlete B will pick up where Athlete A left off. Athletes can switch as many times as they want.
Dual KB Front Rack Lunge:
Upon the Completion of the final calorie the athletes can get started on the Dual KBFRL! There will be a 15ft section marked off in 5ft increments. 30ft must be completed in order for the Athletes to switch. If any Athlete chooses to continue lunging, they may do so just as long as an entire 30ft section is completed.
