About This Competition



Welcome to our 2nd annual Route 66 Show Down hosted by CrossFit St.Robert. This year on June 10th, 2017 Join us for our very first team style competition. So grab a buddy of the same gender and sign up. This will be an RX and Scaled division event. This event will host 4 WODS, top 5 teams in each division will compete in a final WOD.

Our prizes this year will be First place winners in both division will receive $300.00 Cash prize plus swag bags and bragging rights. 2nd and 3rd place winners will receive swag bags and bragging rights. You don't want to miss out.

6 min EMOM for each partner to establish a 1RM thruster RX & Scaled 0:00-0:59 Partner 1 lifts 1:00-1:59 Partner 2 lifts 2:00-2:59 Partner 1 lifts 3:00-3:59 Partner 2 lifts 4:00-4:59 Partner 1 lifts 5:00-6:00 Partner 2 lifts Once the athlete feels they have found their 1RM they may deadlift the bar for the remainder of the minute, every 2 deadlifts counts as 1 pound. However that athlete will not be able to attempt another thruster or deadlift beyond the remainder of that minute. Score= combined weight of both athletes
