Workouts

As many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 lateral burpees over the dumbbell
3 dumbbell hang clean-to-overheads
30-foot walking lunge (2 x 15 feet)

*After completing each round, add 3 reps to the burpees and hang clean-to-overheads.

♀ 35-lb (15-kg) dumbbell
♂ 50-lb (22.5-kg) dumbbell

Tiempo máximo acumulado de plancha sobre los codos por equipo, el tiempo total es la suma de los tiempos individuales de cada miembro del equipo, se requiere registro en video, a fin de que sea una actividad justa, no se publicara el video hasta el lunes el momento del cierre del 25.1

tienen todo este tiempo para que cada uno de los atletas haga su mejor esfuerzo, se puede usar aplicaciones como wod proof (hay una version de prueba gratuita de 14 dias) para el registro del video, o si no un video con un reloj que valide el tiempo de cada atleta
