JJK GIVING BACK


Saturday 25th February at JJK HQ, mixed or same sex teams of 5 competition!

09:00 - 12:00


Divisions:

RX (expect the unexpected)

Estimated workout time: 90 MINUTES


SCALED (our scaled/everyday category is a great place to start your competition experience, if you generally scale workouts at your gym then give this division a try

Estimated workout time: 60 MINUTES

  1. MIXED OR SAME SEX - 5 PER TEAM


Workouts

All workouts will be released a week before the event, for now think teamwork, tactics and functional fitness movements (ski, row, bike, run, dumbbells, kettle bells, barbell, wall balls, bodyweight etc...)


It will be a FUN, competitive workout where 100% of all ticket sales will be given to Charity. Food and a social drinks after – come up and support, we would love to see you. We will also have a raffle with some top draw prizes.


We will be raising money for the following charities: MNDA, Breast Cancer Now, Macmillan Cancer Support, The Bobath Centre, Cardiomyopathy, & Whizz Kids


As well as the Charity competition we will be launching our very special “MNDA David Cup”, which will be an annual event. You have to be in it, to win it!


Team entry £100 (£20 pp) for adults


*When you are buying tickets please select mixed team category even if your team is all the same sex.

This event is open to the public, the more support the better!!!
