About This Competition

OUTTRAIN is back underground......


Our OG team functional fitness competition is back underground


3 October 10.30am start (Finish approx 4pm)


Mixed teams of 4 ( 2 Female and 2 Male)

4 x 15 minutes workout - See workout tab for details - Full standards will be added closer to the event.


Head to Head final.


All functional fitness, Think ergs, Weights, Sandbags, box jumps but..... No Olympic lifting, No Gymnastics


A basic level of fitness is required, Movements will not be scaled, However in some cases a choice of weights will be given.

Female weights DBs 10KG-15KG. Sandbags 20KG - 30KG

Male weights DBs 15-20KG Sandbags 40KG - 50KG


All heat times and full details will be sent 1 week before the event

Pairs swap when 10 x sprints are completed

Parts 2 and 3 Min 7-15 - Shuttle lengths and ski distance

1. 1500m row & 2000m bike (Stage

2. 20 Synchro - SA - KB push press 

3. 20 Synchro - American swing 

4. 1000m row & 1500m bike 

5. 20 Synchro goblet squat 

6. 20 Synchro goblet forward lunge 

 

Scored in 2 parts -time to complete stage

1 & total time for the whole chipper

Example

Pair 1 completes 2 reps synchro of DB Snatches, Pair 2 completes 2 reps scychro Barbell clean and press, Pair 1 completes 2 synchro plate snatch, pair 2 completes 2 synchro Kettlebell clean and press. All 4 team mates complete 8 synchro burpees

Repeat in reverse with 4 reps, each round increase by 2 reps, 8 burpees at the end of each round.
