About This Competition
The Hybrid Competition is an individual event In-House competition held at Hybrid Theory Training for a single day. The event is held as a competition but also boasts as a charity that will go towards the Varieity Organisation. Which helps aid children in need with the essentials: clothing, bedding, uniform – the things they need to enjoy school and take part in their community. The competition theme is heavily focused on the 5 major lifts here at Hybrid. The Snatch, Clena & Jerk, Back Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. There will be 5 scored events that all divisions will complete, your score will be a combined total of your best lifts for the day.
First event will kick off at 9:20am and will finish around 11:30am
