In House Pairs comp for members of The Mona Gym.
Team up with your training buddy and represent your training timeslot:
Morning: 5:30am & 6:30am classes
Daytime: 9:30am & 12:30pm classes
Evening: 4:30pm & 5:30pm classes
Fun and inclusive comp for everyone to raise funds to support Mike and Busters journey to the CrossFit Games.
Same Sex or Mixed Pairs conmpeting in the same divsion with prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

In pairs, pick one weight (sandbag or DeadBall) and take turns moving it up and over a 30” box as many times as possible in 1 minute.
Each successful rep = 1 over-the-box transfer. Weight must start on the ground and pass over the box.
Score = Load x Reps (e.g., 100lbs x 10 reps = 1000lb)
