SiHHa Games – Summer Throwdown 2026
We're back for round two! Last year was such a success that we've decided to bring the SiHHa Games back for 2026.

⏰ 8:30am – 2:30pm
Forget ordinary weekends—this is your chance to grab a teammate, bring the energy, and throw down on the competition floor. Expect big lifts, hard-fought workouts, plenty of laughs, and an atmosphere packed with support, friendly rivalry, and community spirit.
Whether you're chasing a podium finish or simply looking for a fun day of fitness with your training partner, the SiHHa Games is where memories are made and bragging rights are earned.

What to Expect
The SiHHa Games is a fast-paced same-sex pairs competition designed to test all areas of fitness through a variety of workouts.
Athletes will take on:
🏋️ Strength Endurance
A test of power, technique, and strategy. Expect athletes to work through challenging lifts and demonstrate their strength under pressure. Don't want to go heavy? Pick your weight and rep it out!
❓ Surprise Workout
The unknown challenge. This event will be revealed on the day and could test anything from skill and coordination to teamwork and grit.
🔥 Long WOD
A longer endurance-based workout designed to push your engine, pacing, and mental resilience while working seamlessly with your partner.

Heat times will be released two weeks prior to the event.
Movement Standards
Female Pairs
- Dumbbell: up to 15kg
- Barbell: up to 30kg (athletes may choose their own weight where applicable)
- Wall Ball: 6kg
- Running
- Burpees
- Ergs
- Box Step-Ups
- Lunges
Male Pairs
- Dumbbell: up to 22.5kg
- Barbell: up to 50kg (athletes may choose their own weight where applicable)
- Wall Ball: 9kg
- Running
- Burpees
- Ergs
- Box Step-Ups
- Lunges
Movements and loads will be appropriate for functional fitness athletes with experience in class-style workouts.
The movements listed above represent the minimum movement standards and are not limited to only these exercises. Athletes should expect a variety of movements commonly found within a functional fitness environment.
