Get ready for the 10th Annual Showdown at CrossFit Believe on Saturday, April 19th! This action-packed competition will bring together athletes of all ages and experience levels. Whether you're competing in the Scaled, Teens, Masters, or Kids divisions, there's a place for everyone to challenge themselves and showcase their skills.

Scaled: This is for competitors that scale workouts on regular basis in group classes. Only basic movements and weights will be used. Everyone will be able to complete the movements in this division.

Masters: Athletes must be able to perform some advanced movements like handstand push-ups, but muscle ups, pistols & rope climbs will NOT be measured in this division. These divisions are not scaled divisions, but rather an Rx Masters Division. Divisions will be 30-39, 40-49, and 50+. Standard barbell movements should be expected and might include: Deadlift, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, and Push Press.
