About This Competition

🔱 2024 Divisions 🔱 
Elite: Coed ONLY - 16 spots
Rx: Coed + Same Sex - 40 spots for 3 Div
Scaled: Coed + Same Sex - 32 spots for 3 Div
NEW 🎉
Masters 35-44: Same Sex M and F- 8 spots each
Masters 45+: Same Sex M and F- 8 spots each

THINGS TO KNOW⁉️
1) All divisions compete on both days!
2) Two stages for 5/6 workouts + a third stage for 1 workout 👀 (things will be EPIC)
3) All top teams for each division will receive a final workout on day 2 
4) Release date for sign ups will be announced soon.
5) In the meantime find your partner, find the division you want to compete in and get ready!!
6) Prize pot will begin at $10,000+ 🔱💰
