About This Competition
Join us for the 2019 BRICK Midtown Buddy Throwdown. This electrifying event will be powered by Kettlebell Kitchen and a number of other high profile athletic companies. If you missed last years event, this is your chance to experience the most exciting local fitness competition around. Be prepared to test your fitness in this Open 19' Tune-up event.
Each team will complete all 5 workout. There will be prizes to the top 3 men's teams and top 3 women's teams after all workouts have been completed.
Sign up: if you want fair competition in a fun and competitive atmosphere...with some pretty rad prizes. All are welcome!
