About This Competition

Some new changes to the 2018 Partner Competition.

This year we will have 3 separate divisions

All divisions will include 2 shorter wods, 2 longer wods and a final workout for each division

Tons of great prizes and lots of fun.

RX Division - two person teams. (Male/Female)


RX Minimum Standards:

24/20in Box Jump

115/95lb Snatch 

135/95lb Ground to Overhead 

225/155lb Deadlift 

95/65lb Overhead Squat

20/14lb Wall Balls 10ft/9ft 

Atleast one team member proficient in Pull ups, Double Unders, Muscle Ups, HSPU, and Pistols...


Two Scaled Divisions - both will be two person teams (Male/Male)(Female/Female)


Scaled Minimum Standards: 

24/20in Box Step Ups  

95/65lb Ground to Overhead 

185/125lb Deadlift 

75/55lb Overhead Squat

16/12lb Wall Balls 10ft/9ft

Workouts

Want More Do More Partner Competition WOD #1 12 MIN CLOCK 50 CLEAN BUY IN AMRAP WITH REMAINING TIME 10 DEADLIFTS 10 CAL ROW PARTNER 1 will complete the 10 reps of both the deadlift and the row to complete 1 round. Then Partner 2 will complete 1 full round. ALTERNATING EVERY ROUND for the remainder of the time. The partner not working will be required to hold a KB above their waist and below their shoulder in a fully standing position. If the KB touches the ground at any point once it has been picked up a 5 Burpee penalty with be owed before the next round can start. The burpees will be performed once your partner no longer working and has picked the KB up. WEIGHTS RX BAR= 135/95 KB = 53 SCALED BAR = 95/65 KB = 35

Want More Do More Partner Competition Floater Workout #1 2 mins to accumulate as many points as possible as a team. RX Full Peg Board climb = 8 points Half Peg Board climb = 4 points Peg Board Pull Up = 1 Point Peg Board Pull Up - feet must be off the mat with straight arms overhead before upward motion begins. Shoulders must contact both pegs together for rep to be counted. Rep is counted bottom to top. Scaled (pull up bar) Muscle Up = 8 Points Pull Up = 4 points Assisted Pull Up = 1 point Scaled assisted Pull Ups will be performed as shown in photo. Hands can only contact teammates shoelace portion of their shoes.

3 Rounds of 4 mins on 1 min off (Pick up where you left off last round) RX 10 Box Jumps 24/20 10 Toes to Bar 10 KB Swings 70/53 RX teams can split work any way they want but work must be completed in order with only 1 athlete working at a time. Teams will have 1 games style box that will need to be rotated to appropriate height of the athlete jumping.T2B Reps must start with backward motion or dead hang, hips open with feet behind bar. Feet must touch bar between hands at the same time. KB Swing standard will be behind the knees at the bottom and above eye level with elbows, hips and knees fully locked out at top. Scaled 10 Box Jumps or Step ups 24/20 10 Knee Raises 10 KB Swings 53/35 Scaled teams can split work any way they want but work must be completed in order with only 1 athlete working at a time. Teams will have 1 Games style box that is set to their appropriate height. Knee Raise reps must start with backward motion or dead hang, hips open with feet behind bar. Knees must both rise past 90 degrees at the hip. KB Swing standard will be behind the knees at the bottom and KB above eye level with elbows, hips and knees fully locked out at top.
