About This Competition
Date: May 4, 2019
Time: 8:40am Registration/9:30am Event Start
Cost: $140 a Team (partial proceeds get donated to Autism Speaks, you will also get a t-shirt/tank with the registration)

Same Gender Partner Competition!!!
There will be an Rx and Scaled Division with 4 scored workouts in 3 Events.
- First Place of each division will receive a medal and a gift card or gift bag. Second and third place will receive a gift card or gift bag of lesser value.
- Parking will be at The Commuters Lot located BEHIND our building (accessible from Prospect St BEHIND the POST OFFICE). YOU CANNOT PARK IN FRONT OF IFA OR OTHER BUSINESS UNITS!
- Bring family and friends!!!
- We will have snacks and drinks for sale on site.
- We will have Apparel vendors on sit.
**THERE WILL BE NO APPAREL (t-shirt/tank top) FOR REGISTERING FROM 04/23 ONWARD. REGISTRATION COST IS $126**

2RM Bench Press
Rules for Event 1: Score is the total successful weight both Athletes perform. Athletes may not get a lift off and also may not lift their glutes/butts off the bench while in the pressing motion. Clips must be on barbells at all times when lifting. All athletes will be using a 45# barbell. Athletes will NOT be allowed to warm up their bench press prior to the event, please do not come in and ask where is the warm up area for benching.

Time Cap: 12 Minutes (Rx & Scaled)
Rules for Event 2a: Score is the time it takes to complete 50 Bar Over Burpees. Partners can accumulate the reps however they want, each athlete must complete 1 rep of the movement. The burpees are done parallel to the barbell. The barbell will be loaded with the first series of weight for the Clean & Jerks. Rx must use 2 feet to jump over the barbell. Scaled is allowed to step over the barbell.
Rules for Event 2b: Score is the time it takes to complete all the Clean & Jerks. Partners can accumulate the reps however they want, each athlete must complete 1 rep of each series of weight. There will be standards to how the barbells are loaded and clips must be used. The Clean & Jerks can be performed in any styles that are preferred.

Time Cap: 13 Minutes (Rx & Scaled)
Rules for Event 3: Score is the time both athletes finish the 3 full rounds. Athlete 1 does a full round of 14 DB Squats, Rx Rope Climbs OR 20/16 Push Ups, and 12 Box Jumps Overs, then tags Athlete 2 to perform their full round. Both athletes must finish 3 full rounds. The Dumbbells will be TWO Dumbbells, ONE in each hand. There will be standards for all movements explained the day of.
