About This Competition

Event 1
"Semifinal Complex"
In 7 minutes find a 1 rep max of
3 Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk
- Cleans may be any style, but must be touch and go. You may not regrip at the hip. Athletes get one attempt at the jerk. You may not catch a failed jerk and attempt a second.
Event 2
25 minute AMRAP
Cash-in 2-mile run
AMRAP in the remaining time:
Partner relay format (1 full round)
4 Barbell thruster (115/85) (SC BB 75/55)
6 Toes-to-bar (SC Hanging knee raises)
24 Double Unders (SC Single unders)
- This event begins immediately following Event 1. Both athletes must complete the run before the AMRAP can be started. Athlete A will complete one full round while athlete B rests. After one full round is completed athletes will switch.
Event 3
12-14-16 Bar muscle-ups (SC Pull-ups)
15 Syncro deadlifts (225/155) (SC 155/105)
30 Second rest
- One partner works at a time on the BMU's/pull-ups. Both athletes must have their knees and hips locked out and their shoulders behind the bar at the same time for the syncronized deadlifts to count.
Event 4
"Cap Hold"
- This event will be a floater wod. Event details will be revealed on-site
