About This Competition

WELCOME TO CROSSFIT ZION’S SUMMER SCORCHER THROWDOWN.
We are so excited!!! Brian has earned a spot in the 2024 CrossFit Games being held In Birmingham, Alabama in August!
And you better believe we are going to support and celebrate! How? We are having a Throw Down.
Two person teams. MM or FF. 3 Workouts! RX, Masters and Intermediate.
Proceeds raised from this fundraiser will go towards his expenses as he competes in the Masters 65+!
Come and support this badass young guy! Throw Down is July 27! Sign ups start Tuesday stay tuned!

- RX - Handstand walks - Ring or Bar Muscle ups, Heavy barbell, Doubles, Cleans, Jerks, Back Squats
- NTERMEDIATE HSPU - Chest 2 Bar, Moderate barbell, Doubles, Cleans, Jerks, Back Squats
- FITNESS - Pull ups, light barbell, Wall Balls, Box Jumps, KB Swings.
