About This Competition
Det øvede Sammenhold og Lasse byder op til en rigtig hyggelig søndag formiddag med en intern MEGET uformel konkurrence!
Man kan deltage i herre eller dame hold.
Man behøver IKKE være hverken dygtig eller garvet Crossfitter for at være med - man kan se alle events på forhånd, så det er nemt at vurdere om der er noget som er umuligt at udføre.
Vi dømmer hinanden til konkurrencen, så forvent at i både skal være dommere og deltagere til eventet :-)
