Battle in the BURG 4
About This Competition
Join CrossFit Little Egypt for BATTLE IN THE BURG 4, a 2-day competition with Rx, Scaled and Masters divisions for teams of 3!
Rx's and Masters will compete on Saturday July 14th and Scaled will compete on Sunday July 15th.
Team competitors are guaranteed 4 WODs with the top 5 Rx, Masters, and Scaled competitors competing in a final workout.
NOTE To qualify for the Masters division the team members ages must add to at least 125 and all athletes have to be at least 35 years old.
Movement Standards:
Please review the movement standards as seen below to help you decide what division to register for (Rx'd, Scaled, or Masters).
If you can perform multiple reps of the weighted movements at the weight listed below and are able to do at least 5 Reps of the gymnastics movements at the difficulty listed below go with prescribed (Rx). Not everyone on your team of 3 will have to do each movement. You will not have to split them up evenly. Muscle ups may be in the final workout and only one of your team members will need to be able to perform them.
The below standards are for working reps. We will have a strength workout that will progress in weight.

****We can't put every possible movement out there (like burpees and running and smiles), so be prepared for some fun events and some potential surprises, especially for the Floater and FINAL workout.*****
