Four Seasons Spring Throwdown
About This Competition
After a successful 2023, it’s time to mix things up with a first for Four Seasons Throwdown Series, RX & Scaled Individual.
RX will run as an intermediate/RX category, some high level movements (as listed below) will be scalable, we will also have a full scaled category perfect for those newer to the competition scene who still wants to get involved.
We run from CrossFit Medway in Kent, free parking is available around business park, food and drinks will also be available on the day.
RKS images will be there all day capturing your best moments!
£500 prize pot for RX level and prizes for all other podium finishers.
