Shoulder to overhead
After a 2 minute transition from 6-7 athletes start a AMRAP 9:
60 Cal assault bike (1 works / 2 rest)
40 Sync deadlifts @60kg (2 work / 1 rests)
10 Sync burpees
6m Handstand walk (split into 3m segments)
6 Minutes to find a max:
1 Power snatch
1 Hang snatch (can be a power or full variation)
1 Overhead squat
