Une pièce d’identité vous sera demandée lors de l’enregistrement.

Lors du check-in, votre Starter bag ATHLETE ainsi que Pancarte et votre bracelet vous sera remis.
Le Check-in et le Briefing sont réservés UNIQUEMENT aux athlètes et à leurs coachs respectifs .

Friday November 24: Check in and Briefing at the gym


4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. – Registration of athletes “MANDATORY” at the venue of the competition which will take place at the St-François gymnasium.


6:00 p.m. – “MANDATORY” athlete briefing

You will be asked for proof of identification upon check-in.

During check-in, your ATHLETE Starter bag as well as your sign and your bracelet will be given to you.
The Check-in and the Briefing are reserved ONLY for athletes and their respective coaches.

6:30 p.m. – Surprise!
Opening Cultural Ceremony
Saturday November 25 Competition Day 1.

6:45 a.m. – Doors open to athletes ONLY
8:00 p.m. – Sunday morning WOD announced on our Facebook page, Instagram By email and on our website (leaderboard: https://caribbeanthrowdown.com/


Sunday November 26: Competition Day 2.

6:45 a.m. – Doors open ONLY to athletes.

5:00 p.m. – Podium
After the podium, the Athletes, as well as the guests and sponsors at the Caribbean Throwdown after party
