Entry Fee: $80 per team (EARLY BIRD DEAL $60)(includes event shirts!)
Time Cap: 50 Minutes per heat
Max Teams: 32 (4 heats of 8)

🔁 Substitution Policy
Substitutes are allowed up until Wednesday, August 28th
Must remain Male + Female team format
EARLY BIRD DEAL ENDS: July 31st @ 11:59pm
Shirt sizes are not guaranteed for late subs
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds available through August 11th
After that, no refunds (shirts are already ordered!)
If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot to another eligible team
🏁 QUALIFYING RULES
This is a single-day event — no pre-qualifier required
Just sign up, show up, and give it your all!
There will be no final round — all teams complete the full 50-minute workout
❓ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Do we share the machines or do it all individually?
A: You share the total work however you'd like. One partner works at a time on each modality.
Q: Will we get our heat time in advance?
A: Yes — heat times will be emailed the week of the event.
Q: Can I bring my kids or family to watch?
A: Absolutely! This is a family-friendly event with a fun environment and room for spectators.
Q: What should we bring?
A: Water bottle, change of clothes, and a willingness to suffer gloriously. All equipment is provided.
Q: Will there be food or drinks?
A: We’ll have a few local sponsors and vendors onsite with snacks, drinks, and coffee.
