Welcome to the 3rd Annual Hangar Games hosted by Savage Fitness San Antonio!
This Competition is for the best Athletes from all Districts...sorry no Scaled Athletes.
Cash prizes will be awarded for Event Wins.
There is no 2nd or 3rd Place...There will be only 1 Winner of the Hangar Games.
Team will compete Saturday morning, July 13th starting at 8am until Finish.
Event Win Cash Prize of $100 per event.

Workouts
For Time:
Partners will take turns completing the following sets without error. If an error is made, the Athlete will start over on that set and retry until successful.

Score is total number of combined completed reps in final set and/or time completed

Clean Ladder+Final CJ (90sec each Athlete)
On 3-2-1 GO Athlete A will have 90 secs to complete as many cleans (power or squat) as possible with any weights in any order. Each weight is assigned a point value. Athletes can attempt any weights in any order. On the final successful Clean, the Athlete will attempt to jerk the weight overhead which result in a 2x point multiplier. Once Athlete A is done, there will be a 30 sec reset before Athlete B goes.

Athletes will complete stations in order. One partner will work on the station while the other partner chips away at 150 calories in the Echo bike. Partners can share/switch at any time. Partner must tag Partner on the bike to switch.

**Handstand Walk DOES NOT have to be unbroken. Athlete can kickback up from last hand placement to resume.
