About This Competition

 

Bangkok Throwdown is back with a new sexy date. We will have Rx divisions for male and female athletes, as well as a Four-Person Team category. 

The events will take place over two days. 

The invididual competition will count toward the Asia Championship leaderboard.

Rx M: 15 kg slam ball to 10' target

Rx W: 20 lb wall ball to 10' target

Scaled M: 20 lb wall ball to 10' target

Scaled W: 14 lb wall ball to 9' target

 

*If no repped for missing target or squat depth, you may continue. You may not stop at any point. If you catch the ball and do not continue downward into the squat, you'll be stopped and your set will be complete. If you stop at the bottom of the squat to rest, you'll be stopped and your set will be complete. 

Event must begin 30 seconds after completion of max set Wall Balls
