MATCH DETAILS 

In the new 2023 format, seasons are done as individual matches and athletes will accumulate a point total / score / ranking throughout the season before registering for full day playoff events. 

All matches include a minimum of 3 events, and up to 5 different scores.

Matches always include at least one strength event, the other 2 events may follow any format. For full breakdown of possible event formats see: www.league.fit/faq

Teams will be required to provide a judge for events they are not competing in (it will be included in the schedule). Teams have the option of bringing an additional spectator (they must have FF/CF experience) to stand-in for their team as judge - otherwise the athletes will assist in judging heats between theirs.

Note: individual matches do NOT include a shirt (but shirts can be purchased at the match for $25).

Half the teams will start on row half on bikes.
Both athletes must complete the designated distance before getting off their devices

Rules:

The barbell must always go UP in weight
Athletes may re-attempt weights, but cannot take weight off the bar
Athletes may start with a loaded barbell after the warmup

10 Box jump overs (24/20") (10 points)
Single set Unbroken (points / rep)
Pullup (CTB/Rx) (3 points)
Banded (CTB/Rx) (2 points)

Rules:

30 pullup point cap / round (max reps / set: 10 PU or 15 Banded or 30 Jumping)
Athletes are NOT required to alternate, but must re-do the 'buy-in' before making another attempt
Men do chest to bar, women do chin over bar
