WOD League MIA Edition

Join us at CrossFit Shazam in Little Havana on May 9th for the first-ever edition of WOD League in Miami, FL.

It's Fitness & Fun in Sunny Miami so you'll know it is going to be a party! 

You won't be alone! Find a friend, sign-up and enjoy a FUN competition at any of our 2-Person Team Divisions. 

NOVICE: Just started training? No problem, the novice division is ideal for those that have little or no competitive experience, have not mastered all the lifts and gymanstic movements yet and just want to have a good time and break a sweat.

SCALED/MASTERS 75+: Not quite a beast yet but you hold your own, can pick-up some weight and got skills? The Scaled (intermediate) division is perfect for you. Loads of fun and a challenging experience guaranteed. 

RX: If you've been doing fucntional training for a while, maybe 2 years or more and there's not a whole lot out there that scares you, you'll fit right in at the rx (advanced) division. 

MASTERS 75+: A dedicated division to "more experienced" Athletes. Division Standards are the same as the Scaled Division. Minimum of 3 Teams in order to have the division, otherwise teams are moved automatically to the Scaled Division. Combined age of participants must be 75 or greater.

Every Team will participate in all 4 workouts and they will be released 2 weeks prior to event.

There are 60 spots available (120 athletes total) and registration closes May 1st or when we reach the maximum number of athletes. 

$150 + Fees (Price per Team, $75/Athlete). All participants will receive T-Shirt, medal, and other goodies from our partners and sponsors. Top 3 teams of each division will also receive trophies and prizes.
