WORKOUT 1: SPRINT
10 rounds for time:
3 snatches
3 burpees over the bar
Timecap: 10 minutes
RX: 35/45kg
SC: 25/35kg
MS: 20/30kg
WORKOUT 3: STRENGTH+
All athletes have 5:00 minutes to build up to a heavy set of 2 front squats.
After 5 minutes, every athlete has 1:00 minute to perform their 2-rep (max) front squat. You can fail and retry within the 1:00.
After the 1:00 it is done.
If you fail, zero points. If you complete, the weight is your score.
After the 1:00 every athlete jumps on the echo bike and bikes as many calories as possible in 2:00.
The final score = LOAD + CALORIES.
