Movement Standards

Wall Balls

The medicine ball must be taken from the bottom of a squat (hip crease below the knee) and thrown to hit the specified target (9 feet for women, 10 feet for men). The center of the ball must hit the target at or above the specified target line. If the ball hits low, or does not make contact with the wall, it is an incomplete rep.

TTB

Athletes must go from a full hang to having both feet touch the pull-up bar between the hands, and at the same time. At the start of each rep, arms must be fully extended with feet off the ground, and the feet must be brought back behind the rig (bar) and the rest of the body for the rep to count.

Knees above Hips (KAH)

The athlete's arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom of the rep with both feet off ground. The feet must be brought back behind the rig (bar) and rest of the body for rep to count. At the top of each repetition the athlete must raise their knees above the height of their hip crease.
