About This Competition
On Saturday 15th June, we are rowing/skiing for the Starlight Foundation.
It is going to be a fun-filled afternoon at CrossFit Proficient.
Each team (4 people) will be rowing/Skiing a total of 42.5km and raising money for the kids at the same time!
